We understand that your pet is more than just a pet. They're family! That's why your pet is welcome to join our community at Riverside at Rockwater! Need to let them stretch their legs or release some energy? We've got you covered with our fenced-in dog park! Before you know it, they'll know the quickest path to their favorite spot. Your furry friend will have a 'pawsome' time at our monthly Yappy Hours with dogs, treats, and games, what more could they want? They'll be howling to come back! We also love getting sweet visits from our 4-legged residents, so stop on by the office anything for a quick belly rub and treats.

Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 90 pounds.
Must provide appropiate documentation of rabies vaccination.
Monthly pet rent of $10 will be charged per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $100 per pet.
Refundable cat deposit of $150.
Refundable small dog deposit of $250 (less than 50 pounds)
Refundable large dog deposit of $350 (50 to 90 pounds)
$50 deposit discount for spayed and neutered pets.
